B&B RV, Inc.

Rental Terms of Service

We need at least a 48-hour notice to book any rental reservation.

PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE AND ANY CONTRACT ASSOCIATED WITH OR ATTACHED CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, REMEDIES, AND OBLIGATIONS. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR USE OF AND ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES (DEFINED BELOW) ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS.

Driving Regulations:

  • Each driver must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and have in his possession an unrevoked, valid license to operate an automobile in the United States.

  • Each driver must sign the rental agreement.

Pets:

  • We have pet-friendly units available in each model. There is a one-time pet fee of $125. You can call to inquire about the availability of a pet unit in your desired size. Unfortunately, we can no longer accommodate cats in our RV’s although dogs are still welcome!
  • The customer is responsible for any damages.

Child Restraint Regulations:

  • The customer is responsible to comply with all applicable laws. Be aware that a lap belt is used to secure the car seat/booster.

Winter Rentals:

  • From the first freeze to the last freeze (approx. October – May), we have all our RVs winterized which means the water system is shut down and there is domestic anti-freeze in the systems. If you are traveling to a destination with freezing temperatures, you will not have use of the water system.
  • If you want to use the water, and we deem the destination to have favorable weather conditions for water, there is a one-time $245 fee for the un-winterize/re-winterize.
  • Insurance does not cover any damages caused by frozen holding tanks, waste tanks, water heater tanks, etc. If you choose to have water and get damage from freezing, the repairs would be your financial responsibility.
  • We do not provide any snow chains and you cannot put any on our vehicles. If you are traveling somewhere that requires them, you will need to change your route accordingly or wait until conditions allow you to pass.

Insurance and Liability for Damage

Insurance Coverage(not included in the daily rate)

You can check with your auto insurance carrier to see if your personal policy will extend coverage to the motorhome rental. If your insurance does extend to cover the rental you will need to have your agent email proof of coverage on the motorhome (not just your auto ID card) to info@bb-rv.com for the dates of your rental with your liability coverage and comp and collision deductibles, showing B&B RV, Inc. as the loss payee.

If your auto insurance does not extend to cover the rental, you will need to purchase insurance on the date of pick-up through the insurance company that insures our fleet. Insurance options, rates, and fees are subject to change. The rate is $27-$30 per day depending on the size rental selected and has a $1,000 deductible. The insurance includes full comprehensive, collision and Colorado state minimum liability ($25,000, $50,000, $15,000). You have the option to upgrade the liability to a $1 million umbrella for an additional $14.95 a day. This insurance will cover up to four drivers over the age of 25. Note: There is a US$1,000.00 deductible for all Accidental Damages whether caused by the renter or not. Deductible applies per accident or damage and not per rental.

Liability Insurance

Liability Insurance covers a 3rd party collision in the event that the renter is at fault. The policy protects the rental company up to $50,000 (state-mandated minimum liability coverage which can be changed by a state anytime without notice – current limits can be found online). Liability Insurance has no deductible.

Supplemental Liability Insurance (Optional)

Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) may be purchased for an additional fee. SLI provides the customer and any authorized driver on the rental contract with an increased limit of liability protection for up to US$1,000,000 toward 3rd party damage claims.

Damage NOT covered by Insurance

Customer assumes full responsibility for Negligent Damage as it refers to accidents caused as a result of driver’s negligence and includes but is not limited to:

  • Damage to the interior of the vehicle.
  • Damage caused by freezing of the vehicle’s systems (not permitted to fill water when temperatures are below freezing – please see Winterization) or overheating of vehicle or systems
  • Operation of the vehicle by anyone not meeting the age requirements, not listed on the rental agreement, or not having a valid, original driver’s license
  • Accidents occurring off public roads or caused during travel through restricted areas, following incorrect GPS guidance, traveling into non-authorized areas including but not limited to the country of Mexico.
  • Damages and injuries caused by neglecting proper operating procedures, e.g., incorrect fuel type or quality, ignoring oil or coolant levels, air pressure, etc., by overloading the vehicle and/or exceeding the allowed towing capacity (towing limit including proper equipment: 2,000 lbs. with documentation.
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other controlled substances.
  • Damages caused to the vehicle from illegal activities

Note: No coverage is provided for the renter’s belongings in the rented RV.
