compartment on down you have your generator uh so the generator stored on the outside here so you shouldn’t have to get into that compartment uh power switch is on the inside uh the only thing to look out for on the outside here is your generator exhaust so if you are running that that pipe can get a little hot and I would keep any windows closed if you’re running your generator that is going to be used for anything 110 inside the RV uh four main things so your air conditioner your microwave your TV and any 110 Outlets that you have inside if you’re not plugged into Shore power everything else in there is running off a set of house batteries so battery management is going to be super important and we’ll go over that a little bit more on the inside moving down here up top is just your water heater vent uh down below here is where you empty out your waist holding tanks so you have two wasti holding tanks on this RV the black tank is for your toilet waste water the gray is going to be for your sinks and your shower waste water so the the dump hose for this is stored in the bumper so you’ll take the rubber Square Off pull that whole hose out of there that’s going to attach down here uh to remove the cap you’ll just take a little twist to the left to pull it off and attach the hose the same way so a little twist to the right on this particular model your black handle is up top here so you want to pull that one first just pull that straight out toward you let all that toilet water drain out then you’ll close it then you’ll pull that gray one second just let all that soapy sink and shower water kind of flush that hose out once you’re done you’ll put everything away and you’ll find some chemical packs under your bathroom sink just want to take one of those flush it down the toilet with some water just helps everything inside that black tank break down but also keeps everything nice and fresh on the inside for you moving down you have your furnace vent here uh so you don’t really have to do anything with that uh next in line is your 30 amp hookup so you’ll have a power cable that’s provided one end will have a ring on it that end attaches to the RV right here that ring just kind of tightens it down to secure it and the other end into a 30 amp plugin down below is an option for cable so if your campsite or where you’re staying offer cable you can hook up that coax cable that we provide uh change the source do a channel scan and you have cable TV down below here is where your propane is stored few items that run off the propane are your water heater your furnace your stove top burners and your gas oven to refill the propane you’re just going to take it to a designated Fu station uh some truck stops have them hardware stores things like that a quick Google search you can find that out this unit takes just regular unleaded fuel so no matter what package you have you will have to refill the fuel before bringing it back couple options here for water uh so this one here uh this is your black tank flush so you just want to avoid that one alt together up top we have the tank fills so you have a 40 gallon freshwater tank on here to refill that you’re just going to unscrew that cap you’ll put the hose in there then it’ll pour out of there once it’s full then down below is for a city water connection so if you have a water hookup at your campsite you’ll open this you’ll kind of hold the hose up to it and screw it in once that’s hooked in and turned on it actually bypasses that internal system uh feeding your sinks your shower and your toilet in there so no need for the water pump or anything like that where you do need to turn the water pump on for your fresh tank above there moving down you have a really large storage compartment here so some of your hospitality items will be in there your power cable water hose coax cable leveling blocks uh we also have a 110 adapter uh some dump hose attachments gloves so all sorts of stuff we we’ll have stored in here camp chairs are typically under the table on the other side but you can actually access this storage compartment from either the driver’s side the passenger side or the rear of the
RV we’ll just take a look at the uh access to this larger one some leveling blocks in there
and then again on this side, you’ll have a pullout table and some camp chairs underneath
there moving down the line here on the passenger side we have our propane hookup so this is for if you had a camp grill with quick connect toes you could actually hook it up to the RV propane instead of bringing your own canisters along with you this is an outdoor uh shower sprayer uh so has a little Quick Connect toes on there you just pull that guy out uh connect that and then you have a sprayer on the other end here below that outdoor sprayer we have another storage
compartment there are also a couple of 110 plugs on the outside here so if you wanted to plug in a radio or something like that on the outside again generator or Shore power to power those there’s your entry door and then you have another decent size storage compartment here on the passenger side
that’s it for the outside let’s go take a look on the inside all right so we’ll start here in the cab uh most of the features here in the cab are pretty similar to what you’ve seen uh in your personal vehicle um you have a large touchcreen here uh where you can listen to the radio um you can connect your phone to Android auto or apple carplay uh you can actually engage your rear camera while you’re driving which helps because you can’t really see much out the rearview mirror here uh just connect your phone to Bluetooth listen to Bluetooth audio as well um you know do the EQ the other settings in here uh but your main control panel is also going to be in the cab stereo here um one thing that’s unique and suggested on this is connecting to the app so in your glove box you’ll find a little sticker with a QR code on there just scan the QR code download the app and use the provided passcode uh to enable that on your cell phone that should also be provided in the in the manual that we provide for you so what you’re going to do uh on the RV control here we’ll start here uh so some of these buttons um are won’t be used on this particular RV we’re just going to go over the buttons that are used on here um so first we’ll start at the top here uh we have your propane level we have your fresh tank level your black and your gray tank levels there as well below that you have your slide out so this unit only has one slide uh what we’ll do is we’ll start the engine we’ll engage our parking brake and then what we’ll do is we’ll just press and hold this extend button you’ll hear those Motors engage once that’s fully extended just hang on to that button for five extra seconds or so and then we’ll release it so that actually helps keep that slide motor in sync uh so you don’t get that box sideways or have any issues there uh so every time you extend every time you retract you just want to hold that button a few extra seconds moving down here um is your emergency start so this is to be used if you if you accidentally kill your engine battery so let’s say you left your headlights on and your engine won’t start what you’ll do is you’ll press and hold this button till you hear a little click and then you’ll turn your key to your engine and that actually jumps from your house batteries uh to start your engine there uh next in line is your tank heaters so these do come with tank heaters that are typically used in winter weather operation um just like a little heating pad that’s wrapped around there they do run off the house batteries so if you’re using those I would advise to be plugged in the whole time um running your generator also those uh charges those batteries but it does consume a lot so you’re going to be using a lot of generator hours uh next in line is your water pump um so if you’re using your onboard water tank you’ll just hit that little button there that’ll turn on your water pump then you can use your sink shower and toilet uh these the water heater uh they do have controls on this panel but those are non-functional for the rest of the RV one other thing we like to point out in the cab area uh is the tow hul button or the manual mode so if you’re going up through the mountain pass and you feel like you don’t have enough power from your engine you can simply press the towle button on the end of the gear shift there and it’ll automatically drop you down a gear you can also put it into manual mode so if you take the gearshift from drive and just drop it into the M there’s a plus and a minus sign on the gear shift here so you can actually manually shift those down as needed both for going up the mountain to get a little bit more power from your engine and also coming down the mountain to help with that breaking moving inside your main entry door we have a few controls down here we’ll talk talk about first we’ll start off with uh this little circle uh with the the several lights on there and the button so this actually pairs with the cab stereo so you can quickly see uh if your battery is good your fresh tank is full and then if you’re black and your gray tanks are are empty or full so the way it works is if it’s green then it’s good so your battery is good your fresh is full once you use up the fresh that’ll turn to a red light letting you know that you need to refill that the black and the gray tanks are opposite so when they’re empty they’ll be green and then once you fill them up they’ll turn red and it’s time to dump those below that you have uh some switches here so you have a patio awning on the passenger side here just press the button to run that out and pressing it down runs that back in there’s also a rope light under your awning so that’s what the awning light there is for you have a rope light under your step on the outside here as well and then the cargo light here is for all of your outside comp Ms there’s actually two switches for the cargo lights so if the light switch is on here but the light’s not on in the actual compartment just flip the switch on the physical light itself then you have two more light switches here so uh one of these is going to be your main interior light and then you also have a little step light down below here above that is your main battery disconnect so this is basically a kill switch for everything back here so you’ll probably just leave that on for your entire trip lastly we have what we uh what we have here is a solar controller um there is 100 watt solar panel on there so it helps trickle charge those batteries helping maintain the battery charge in there so it doesn’t really charge anything uh too heavily or doesn’t power anything just helps keep those uh house batteries charged up um if you’re dry camping this will be very important for you uh we were talking about battery management so you want to keep this above 12 volts so if you see that this display uh is getting low 12.1 12.0 now is the time to charge you can charge that by running your engine uh by running your generator or by plugging into Shore power there’s also a battery status meter here on the Le hand side so you have four little batteries uh bottom LED is for empty the second one is for one3 full the third one is for 2/3 full and the and the top one there is for completely charged up now that we’re at our campsite and we want to extend the slide first we’ll have to engage the parking brake which is the third pedal there on the left and have our engine turned on so I’ve already engaged the brake we’ll go ahead and turn the engine on
here and then we’ll just press and hold the extend button to extend that
out again we want to wait 3 to five extra seconds after we’ve extended that slide wall all the way just to help keep those two Motors in
sync and there we go the 28z comes with four separate beds the first bed is your cabover bed here um you’ll see the there’s a pad that’s on top here this piece just pulls forward slides into place and now you have a bed there should be a ladder in the master bedroom closet that retracts and hangs onto the hooks on the front of the bed there over on your passenger side you also have a sofa with three seat belts in there uh that’s also converts into a bed so you just want to push those seat belts through then you’ll just lift up on the front of that sofa and it just Jack knifes down flat just like that and to put it back into a sofa you just lift up the foot and then lay it back down on the driver’s side we have a four-person dinette there is two seat belts so one in the middle on either side to convert this into a bed first you’ll push pull these C uh cushions out of the way here you have a little lever underneath the table that you want to release and then just press down on the table kind of toward the wall here once that’s set down you can just put these cushions down into place like
so to complete that bed moving down from your dinette into the kitchen area uh we have a cabinet on this side with a couple of drawers some storage under your kitchen sink and then a nice size sink here you also have a couple of overhead cabinets for some extra storage uh microwave works just like it does at home but again you have to have your generator on or Shore power in order for that to work below that you have a three burner stove top and then a and then an oven so for the stove top burners the first thing you want to do is is move this glass piece out of the way that’s just a cover not a cook top to light the burners what you’ll do uh is you will pick the burner that you want just turn it to the flame position and then just hit the spark button a couple times until that burner lights up for the oven you actually have to light the pilot light so the the last knob here you’ll turn that to the flame position push in on that knob and then you’ll have to turn that spark button quite a few times just to get that pilot light lit once you see the pilot light is lit then we can turn it and select our temperature then you’ll see that whole burner light up underneath there and then you’re ready to go on the wall across from your kitchen is your thermostat so this is where you’re going to turn on your air conditioner and your furnace so to turn on the AC you’ll just press that button until the mode is flashing just turn that knob until you get to cool press it again then it’ll ask you what your fan setting so you have high or low there once you have that chosen just click it again then it should kick in you can also turn the knob to set the temperature that you would like to turn it back off you just do the opposite so you’ll click it again turn the mode to off click turn the fan to off and then click it again same with your furnace you’ll just click it to get to the mode go to heat click on it and then uh use the dial to set your temperature again the air conditioner does require 120 volt power so you do have to be plugged into Shore power or running your generator to use the air conditioner the furnace itself runs off of the house batteries uh with the blower and then it uses propane for the heat moving further back to the RV we have a nice size 12vt refrigerator so this will run off your house batteries 100% of the time so again if you’re dry camping that’s uh why battery management is going to be so important making sure that stays above 12 volts or higher otherwise you’ll lose your refrigerator there is a safety latch on here that keeps it from flying open while you’re driving so you’ll just want to make sure that’s moved out of the way down below you have a nice size refrigerator and then a decent size freezer up top across from your refrigerator you’ll find your bathroom so as you can see it’s a nice size shower I’m 61 so plenty of space in here you have a pedal flush toilet down here and also a sink and then you have a vent fan in the ceiling here as well so all the Comforts of home this unit does come with a tankless water heater so for your kitchen sink or any of the items in here that you need hot water uh that control panel is going to be in here basically you’re just going to press the red button until the green light comes on and then use those two arrows to adjust your temperature typically only takes about 30 seconds to get hot water from those tankless water heaters in the back bedroom area we have a nice siiz queen bed with a lot of storage you have a couple drawers on this side wardrobe on either side and then some overhead cabinets also comes with a 12volt charging port some USB charging ports there’s also 110 plugs in here one other thing we’ like to talk about is your breaker panel uh which you can find down here in this corner it’s a little brown box uh that has your Breakers and your fuses in there anything that runs off the 110 power will have a breaker anything that runs off just the house batteries will have the fuses we do provide some extra fuses for you in our rental resource box that you’ll find in the cabinet uh in the living room area thank you for watching we’ll see you soon

Class C RV Rental Additional Details
MILEAGE:
You receive 100 FREE miles with each rented night. If you use more than the 100 FREE miles per rented night, the additional miles will be charged at 39 cents per mile.
We charge only for the miles you use. We don’t make you purchase blocks of miles.
INSURANCE:
Check with your auto insurance agent to see if your personal policy will cover a motorhome rental. If your insurance does extend to cover your rental, have your agent email proof of that rental coverage, including deductibles, to rentals@bb-rv.com showing B&B RV, Inc. as the loss payee.
If your insurance does not extend to cover the rental, we can help you purchase insurance at the time you pick up your rental through the insurance company that insures our fleet for a nominal daily fee. Insurance options, rates and fees are subject to change.
PICK-UP and DROP-OFF TIMES:
We have the flexibility to schedule 1 rental pick-up every thirty minutes Tuesday – Saturday from 9:00am – 3:30pm. You will select your pick-up time, based on availability, when you make your reservation. All rentals are due back on the return day between 8:30 -11:00am. If you are unable to return by 11:00am, we offer a Late Return Package for $100 that extends the return time to 4:00pm. This is based on availability and must be selected and paid for prior to your rental pickup. If you need to return later than 4pm, you will need to extend your rental by another day.
AFTER HOURS PICK-UP and DROP-OFF:
We understand that in some cases our regular hours might not work for your trip plans. Because of this, we are able to offer after hours pick up and drop off options. If you need to schedule this for your booking, please call or email our rental department directly to discuss this option.
RESERVATION DOWN PAYMENT:
We have a $500 reservation down payment. This will hold your reservation and will be credited toward your balance due. There is no refund of your down payment if you cancel your reservation. For any cancelation, your account will be credited the amount you have paid and will be valid toward a future reservation for up to 12 months following your cancelation.
DEPARTURE BALANCE:
The balance due for your rental will be charged to your credit card 30 days prior to your departure date.
CANCELATION POLICY:
There is no refund of your payment if you cancel your reservation. For any cancelation, your account will be credited the amount you have paid and will be valid toward a future reservation for up to 12 months following the cancelation.
DAMAGE AND CLEANING DEPOSIT:
There is a $1,000 damage deposit and a $250 cleaning deposit. These are placed on your credit card as an authorization only regardless of the package you have chosen. When you return the coach, if the damage or cleaning deposit is not needed, the authorization simply expires.
MINIMUM RENTAL LENGTH:
We have a three night minimum rental length year round. However, if we have a gap in our reservations that match your desired dates, we may allow a shorter rental.
NO SMOKING:
We have a no smoking policy. Smoking is not permitted in any of our coaches at any time. Any trace of smoking in the coach will result in the loss of your entire $1,250 deposit, or more, depending on the extent of the damage.
PETS:
We know that pets are part of the family and we have a select few units of each model designated as pet coaches. There is an additional one-time pet fee of $125 in those designated coaches. Any damage caused by a pet will be the responsibility of the renter. Any coaches returning with evidence of a pet, without having chosen a pet coach and paid the pet fee, will result in a minimum fee of $500, or more, as needed to repair any damage or clean up caused by the unauthorized pet.
WINTER RENTALS:
If you require water in your vehicle from first freeze to last freeze (dates will vary but typically from mid-October to mid-May), there is a fee of $189 to un-winterize and re-winterize the coach. There are certain destinations for which water will not be allowed. Click here for more information on winter rentals.
BURNING MAN RENTALS:
We do allow “specific units” to go to Burning Man with special pricing and restrictions. Call B&B RV, Inc. at 303-322-6013 for details.
