24′ Class C w/ 1 Slide – 23TW Video Walkthrough
Welcome to B&B RV, Inc. Today we’ll be walking you through our all-wheel drive 2022 thor compass 23 tw our 24 foot class b plus with one slide first we’re going to walk you through the outside of the unit and then we’ll go on in and look at the features inside so we’re going to start up here by the front driver door this is actually where the gas fill is so the fill is here unleaded fuel next we have the propane compartment to make sure the propane tank is on this mound needs to be turned all the way counterclockwise or to the left it should be open when you come to pick up the vehicle if and when you do need to fill up the propane you can go to a designated propane fill and they’ll come out and fill it for you next compartment here is a storage there’s the free chairs that are included in the hospitality package in there and right here is a lot of the functionality of the vehicle so this first one is your power this is where you’re going to hook into shore power your cord is going to be in this large compartment so when you get to the campsite you can take out the cord and the yellow end plugs in here and the other end is going to hook into the 30 amp campsite power there is an adapter included if you do need to knock that down to a regular 10 and be able to plug into a house this guy here is the cable if your campsite offers cable tv we do include the cable connection for you so you plug in one side there other side goes into the campsite cable and you’ll be hooked up there you do have an outdoor shower the key for that’s on the key ring it’s just a spray shower if you’re needing to rinse off shoes or anything like that on the outside of the vehicle and then these two are your water connections so you have a fresh water tank on board so to fill that take the cap off hose goes in and it’s a gravity fill so when that’s full water will trickle out sometimes it trickles out underneath and you’ll know that your tank is full and then the other one is the city water connection this one is used when you’re hooking up to water at the campsite so your hose goes in here and it goes into the campsite water source and then you’re pulling directly from their water and that’ll bypass pulling the water out of your freshwater tank now we’re going to look at the dumping the key is on the key ring it’s the white storage compartment key to open the dump compartment the hose is in gloves are included in your hospitality package so those should be in there for you so the hose comes out first there is a port right here that you have to unscrew and that comes out to create the hole where the hose is going to come through the cap here is just threaded on you bring that off same threads here on the hose i’m gonna latch that on nice and tight other end of the hose is down in the dump and then your gray and black are up top the gray is on the right which is sink and shower water black is on the left which is the toilet water pull the black all the way out first get all that waste out push that back in gray comes out next that’ll rinse through that sink and shower soapy water to rinse out your hose when you’re finished take the hose off put your cap back on port goes back on so that you don’t lose your hose hose goes back in and we can lock that back tight this vehicle does come equipped with a backup camera that’ll come on when you pop it into reverse you can view that on the rear view mirror in the corner and it’ll show you what’s behind you the ladder is just used for maintenance and things that we do on the roof so no need to go on that during your trip right here we have a propane quick connect if you have a propane grill or something that you want to wire straight into the vehicle’s propane supply you can do that there this compartment has your generator it’s a gas powered generator runs off the same tank as the engine it will shut down if you’re at a quarter tank or less the generator is used to power any 110 items on board that’s going to be the air conditioner microwave tvs and anything else that you’re plugging into an actual outlet if you’re plugged into shore power then you don’t need the generator it’s one or the other okay and this way you have the refrigerator vent these are two outlets on the outside where you can plug things in and then this final one is just another storage compartment now we’re going to go take a look at the inside directly inside your entry door you have your main battery disconnect we’ll just leave that guy on the entire trip no real reason to turn that one off and then above that we have your solar controller not really anything to do with that but that does help monitor your house battery voltage there you want to make sure that it stays in the 12s or higher for everything to function properly there that’s a good way to monitor that if you need to recharge those they do charge while you’re driving they charge with the generator running as well as when you’re plugged into shore power they do come equipped with that solar panel those help maintain your house batteries but they don’t actually charge if the batteries get too low as you step into the coach on the right hand side you’ll find the main control panel for this unit basically it’s a tablet that’s connected through bluetooth on this home screen you see that highlighted orange house there this is your home screen and this first section here is your tank levels so you’ll see the first blue line there is for your fresh water tank showing that full you have your gray and your black tanks a great tank is for your sink in your shower water as you use that you’ll see that level start to rise the black tank is strictly for your toilet again you’ll see that rise as you use that a good way to monitor those knowing when to empty those out a little further over here to the right we have your lights so you can hit this icon here and go into the light section and turn those on and off individually or you can come over here where it says light on and light off and just directly turn all of those on and all of those off below here you can get to the climate section we’ll go through that a little bit later you can also turn your water pump on from here and control your climate as well next icon down here is a little drop you can turn your water pump on from here as well the water pump will strictly be for the onboard water tank when you want to use that if you’re hooked into that city water connection it completely bypasses that system tank heaters are for cold weather operation for the gray and the black tank there they do run off the house battery so if you guys use those i would suggest being plugged into shore power there and again you have your tank levels fresh your gray and your black on this screen next icon down is for your awning for your slide outs and for your stabilizer jacks for the slide out you just basically press and hold that extend button until you hear the motor stop running that way you know that it’s fully extended same when you’re running that back in just make sure you listen for that motor to stop and that way you know that it’s fully retracted with your awning uh similar buttons there except with these you just push the extend button and it’ll roll that out and then just touch the retract button and that’ll run that guy back in below there are your stabilizer jacks i would recommend having a spotter for these you want to make sure they hit the ground and stop you don’t want to put any weight on there they’re just going to keep the rv from rocking back and forth on you simply hit lower and raise for those next icon down is where we get into your temperature so to engage that you just hit that button there you can adjust the temperature from the arrows below to change the mode if you want air conditioning or furnace that would be in the mode section so cool is going to be your ac you can set the temperature and it will come on when it hits that temperature and turn off uh that is similar to the ac in your house if you just want it on the full time you’ll just hit cool auto if you just want the fan in the ac to run and not be cooling you can hit the fan and then the heat is for the furnace and then right below there is your fan setting so you can either have it on high or low next icon there is your lights again you can go through here and individually individually turn those on and off any of the ones with the slider are on a dimmer so you can dim those lights as well next icon is a little wi-fi signal for your tire pressure and things like that that’ll be all set up before you get here next one looks like a little lightning bolt from here you can monitor your your battery and your propane so you have your coach battery which is separate from your chassis battery in the engine there but it shows you the voltage on both of those and then you also have your propane level there so as you use the propane that’ll slowly start to to go down and then you’ll know when it’s time to refill that does have an auto generator start so if you wanted to set the generator to come on at a certain time or at a certain voltage you could hop in there and set all those things there to start the generator manually you’re just going to hit this start button here we’ll hold it until it reads starting and then we’ll let go of it what it’s doing is it’s priming the generator there once it’s all primed it’ll fire on once it starts up uh right below here is the hour meter so as you use the generator it’ll start ticking up the hours for you similar to an odometer uh there you can keep track of of your generator hours uh and then lastly down here is you have a couple of vent fans in the ceiling one in the kitchen and then one in the bathroom there is a switch on the fan itself in the ceiling so just make sure that’s in the on position to turn those on the cab area is very similar to what you’ll see in your personal vehicle to the left of the driver you’ll find the mirror adjustment you’ll just turn that black knob to either the left driver’s side or the right passenger side mirror and then it works like a little joystick to adjust those the bottom mirror is actually manual so you just have to roll your window down and adjust those manually it is also equipped with an emergency start so if you left the keys in the ignition or the door open and ran your chassis battery down you could actually use the house batteries to fire on the engine just push and hold that emergency start button on for a few seconds and then turn the key and that will start your engine to the right is your stereo pretty similar to what you would see in your vehicle also comes with usb and 12 volt chargers the cab seats will have five manual adjustments back here you’ll see a little knob that will adjust the angle of the seat back this handle here actually raises the seat uh this knob will adjust the angle of the seat uh to slide the seat forward and backward you just lift up on this bar here to adjust that and they also swivel so the yellow handle here you just pull it towards you and then spin it around in the middle above the driver and the passenger head you’ll find this switch this is for the shade for the skylight above here this is electric so you don’t want to pull down on that shade but the down rolls the shade down and then up rolls that guy back up for privacy you’ll have this curtain here on the top you’ll see this white velcro they will attach to these black velcro spots all the way around the cab to block that off and give you a little bit more privacy your dinette has a four person dinette with seat belts one in the middle on either side there this does convert into a bed as well there is just this latch up underneath here so you’ll want to release that slide these cushions up out of the way and then you’ll want to push kind of from the back here on the table until it sets on those ledges on either side and then we’ll kind of complete the bed by putting those cushions in place just like that throughout the coach you have different types of lights uh some of them will have this push button uh style lights uh any of the black light switches that you see that are not labeled will also be for uh accent lighting and that sort of thing in the main bedroom area you have this murphy style bed so once you do push that slide out uh you’ll have this elastic piece on this side that you just want to release and then that bed drops down queen size bed there just remember that before you run the slide back in you’ll want to make sure that that’s folded back up and that elastic is in place to the left of the bed here we have a couple usb charging ports a couple 110 plugs there your closet here is equipped with a couple of lines of rods that you can hang your clothes on just be sure that those are pushed all the way in sometimes they can get hung up and you won’t be able to open your closet door there so just make sure those are all the way in before you run those out stepping over to the kitchen area we have your refrigerator freezer combo here uh we recommend just keeping that guy in auto to switch that you just hit that mode button until auto is illuminated on auto what that does is while you’re driving that’ll run off the propane if you kick on your generator it’ll automatically switch over to that power source preserving your propane as well as if you plug in and then once you disconnect it it’ll automatically switch over to propane making sure the refrigerator is cold the entire time above the refrigerator here we have your dvd player i got your tv remotes and dvd remote inside there this dvd player is connected to both tvs with this splitter so as long as it’s on the right source you’ll be able to watch a movie on either one of those to the left of the fridge we have a couple of gas burners to light those you’re just going to turn the knob into the light position you’ll push that spark button until those light and then you can adjust the temperature either high or low there this is not a cook top so just make sure that that glass is lifted up out of the way when you’re using that below you have a convection microwave so you can do baking like in your oven or just use it like a normal microwave for the air conditioner when that is turned on you have two options for the airflow so there are a couple of vents in the ac unit itself if those are open the air will be blowing out of those vents if you close those it’ll actually blow out of the vents that are spread throughout the coach here in the bathroom area you’ll have a separate shower sink and toilet this the shower in the sink works similar to your home the the toilet is a pedestal type with the pedal down below just push on that to release some water into the tank and then as you push it further down the valve will open up to evacuate all of that stuff over on the right hand side we’ll find our water heater this is a tankless water heater so it should take only about 30 seconds or so for that to get warm you’ll just push that red power button until the panel up top illuminates and then you can adjust the temperature up or down your 110 outlets will run off of a gfci protected system if for whatever reason any of those are tripped the reset is in the bathroom to the left of the sink just push that middle reset button and all your outlets should work that concludes the walkthrough on the thor compass thanks for stopping by we’ll see you soon.

24 Class C RV Rental w 1 Slide 24F Walkthrough
Welcome to B&B RV. We’re at 80101 East 40th Avenue in Denver and our phone number 303-322-6013 we’re gonna walk around the 24 F in our rental fleet today it’s a 24 footer with a full wall slide and walk around the outside here and show you all the features the first compartment that you get to on this one is your generator but everything before the generator runs from inside the second compartment is your electricity so when you get to the campground you’re gonna take this plug plug it in at the campground and where you plug it in at the campground there’s also breakers there you want to make sure that that breaker is on or you still won’t have power inside so after you plug in easiest way to check and make sure you have power is if the lights come on in the microwave you have electricity most of the other parts of the RV are running off your battery is not electricity when you’re plugged into electricity you are charging your batteries this one has an outside shower this is where you would hook up your hose for a city water connection if you’re going to remain hooked up to that pressure and to fill the water is on the other side of the coach we’ll see here in just a second this is just a storage compartment for your propane that propane if you do need to fill it on your trip is not a self-serve item that’s something they feel for you truck stops campground u-hauls any place that does propane can fill that for you this flips up this is where you connect to cable if you have cable TV at at your campground site this one has a large storage compartment we include blocks in the leveling so these blocks have three levels we’re just gonna set this down and you’re gonna drive up on it so if your back is low driver’s side whichever side is low you’re just gonna drive up on these blocks to get it level there’s a level inside on the dash we’ll see when we go in just to show you where your level when you’re parking we include for camp chairs with every rental you’re gonna have a water hose that’s specifically made for RVs for potable water and a coax cable for cable TV if you can hook that up on your camper and this uses just regular unleaded fuel the back compartment here in the bumper is where we store your sewer hose so your sewer hose is just going to come out of this compartment completely you’re going to bring that hose up you can hook it on right here and put it down into the drain pull this black lever straight out that’s your black tank that’s your toilet once that’s done draining close that black tank open the gray tank straight out that’s the soapy water from your sinks and showers let it kind of rinse your hose out for you when everything’s done close it back up put your cap back on put your hose back into the bumper and put the cap back on the bumper after you get done dumping your tanks you want to go inside there’s little packets that come with it you’ll take one of the pouches out of the packet put it in the toilet and dump it down into the toilet that keeps it from smelling and helps it biodegrade a little quicker comes with marine grade toilet paper for your use if you do run out and out on your trip you can just get that it Walmart or campground we put a ladder on the back because we’re gonna check the roof every time it comes and goes but it’s not really for access for the renters unless there’s an emergency it’s not a patio it’s just for emergency use only on this side of the RV this first compartment in the back here is just another storage area for you use all of these storage compartments have a little latch that will hold this up out of the way for you while you’re getting in and out this particular unit does have another valve here that you’ll just leave open that toilet comes into there and goes across and you just want to leave that open on your trip this compartment is a no access compartment and then this is another storage compartment for you when you want to refill your water this is where you’ll do that just pick this cap off put your hose there and fill your tanks there’s a gauge inside so you keep track of how far your tank is when this gets full it’ll just run back out here and overflow underneath if it overflows what that’s another way you can tell that it’s full when you’re outside if you’re plugged into electricity or you have to generator on you have to electrical outlets out here if there’s anything anyone to plug in on the outside underneath of you’re pawning this is your patio side as an electric awning that switches right inside the door you do not want to leave that awning out unless you’re here sitting under it you don’t want to leave the RV leave that awning out a gust of wind will come up and tear that off so you want to make sure that you put that on again anytime you’re not sitting under it and used again we can go inside now and check the inside of this coach out here we are inside of the 24 f this 24 foot Class C motorhome this is all pretty standard Ford chassis you have a button here for your heated mirrors your external rearview mirrors and your adjustments for your mirrors on the gearshift if you get into the mountains as you get up going up the mountain it’s going to slow down at 40 to 45 miles an hour it’s going to shift down when it shifts down just push this tow haul button in and light will come up here on the dash saying tow haul and just leave that light in going up the mountains and especially coming down the mountain leave that tow haul button on that’ll keep you from having to brake so much coming downhill and if you’re still going a little faster than you like coming downhill just press your brake twice it’ll shift down for you when you get all the way down to the mountain and you’re ready to go you just take that tow haul back off and it just goes back into normal operating your backup cameras built-in to your radio anytime you put this into reverse it’s going to turn that reverse camera on this also has side cameras so put the blinker on that camera will turn on for you you can also go into the menu here and press camera to have that camera on while you’re driving if you wanted to do that there’s a couple of outlets up here if you want to charge phones or whatever you just don’t want to put a big device try to charge a big device there only about a 5 amp fuse and these outlets are connected to your car battery so you don’t want to run that down but it’s fine to to use for charging phones etc so you do have one car battery and two house batteries so everything in the house will run off the batteries with the exception of the air conditioner and the microwave which will explain with the generator we also include a level in each unit so you can make sure that you’re pretty close to level you’re not going to be exact but you want to be close and you have to be level for the refrigerator for the fluids to circulate in that refrigerator so that it doesn’t overheat and stop working up on top here this piece flips over into this hole to become the bed and there’s a ladder that hooks on and comes down to the floor for easier access up and out of the bed there’s a privacy curtain that velcro’s around to block off the cab area for privacy we have a large TV the DVD is mounted up here in the cabinet to work with this TV so for the TV the air-conditioner the microwave and any other outlets that you want to use you do have to have electricity so you have to be plugging electricity at the campground or run your generator your generator does run off the same tank as the engine so once it gets down to a quarter tank of fuel it’s going to stop running so you can’t run yourself out of fuel in a remote area and all the controls for the generator and everything else in this unit are located right here let’s take a look at these this is your central control panel for this unit everything’s run from this area your generators right here you simply hold down this Start button until the generator starts and then let go once that starts you’ll have electricity that can be run parked driving anytime you need that if you’re going out in the top heat of the summer it’s really hot out now – air conditioner isn’t cooling it enough go ahead and start this air conditioner and then go sorryy start the generator to go start the air conditioner and then shut that air conditioner off before you shut off the generator all your gauges are here you’re going to have propane gauge battery gauge we don’t recommend you use that battery gauge as a judge with a deep cycle battery that’s gonna read good good good good bad it doesn’t gradually go down so that you’ll know know time that you’ll have trouble keeping your batteries charged would be if you are dry camping boondocking you know not plugged into services not running your generator not driving then you’re wearing down your batteries over time and it’ll take some time to charge those back up anytime you’re plugged into electricity anytime you’re driving and any time the generators on you are charging those batteries and so you have gauges here for your black tank and your grey tank as well those red lights will come up as it fills and then when you go dump it they’ll go back off the black tank just has little sensors into the tank that particles or toilet paper things can hang up on those so if you go dump that tank and you know you just dumped it but it doesn’t read empty there’s just particles hanging up on those sensors we do include a book include a bucket in the bathroom you could fill that up dump it into the toilet and sometimes that’ll help rinse those sensors off too it’s not a big deal they’ll often dry out before they get there and so those lights will go back off but it’s an easy way to know that you just dumped it they might not all be off – slide out the slide it’s just extend and retract you want to make sure your driver’s seat is out of the way of this slide and there’s no shoes or anything in behind the front of the slide you want to just hold down that extend button until the slide is all the way out you want the slide to be either all the way out or all the way in so when you park you get ready to slide that slide out just make sure there’s nothing out beside you a post a tree a vehicle just make sure it’s clear as you slide that out this has a nice big deep slide really opens up the coach a lot we’ll slide it all the way out in the back we’ll show you in a second that bed flips over to be an upgraded pillowtop mattress for a queen bed once it hits the wall and it’s all the way out just let go of the button the rest of the controls here start with the tank heaters the tank heaters are just used for winter use and only when you’re plugged into electricity because they will run your batteries down very quickly that’s a pad on your heater heater pad on your tank for your waste waters to help keep those from freezing down to a little lower temperature and if you’re going out in winter use will explain all of that as well again water pump is here anytime that you want to have onboard water you’re gonna turn on this pump shower sink toilet any water on board your water heater has two options if you have your generator on or you’re plugged into electricity you can use it on the electric the 120 volt is how it’s listed or you can put it on LP gas for propane so if you’re not hooked up to electricity you’ll use it on propane and if you are you can use it on electricity that’s all the controls here down by the door we do have a couple of more buttons we’ve got a battery disconnect where this red light is so that red light needs to be on 100% of the time you’re out that’s used for storing the coach and disconnecting the battery so make sure that stays on these two lights are for lights and inside light and outside light to get in and out of the coach there’s a step light right down here at the step also help you getting out of the coach at night there’s an awning button and that awning is just push the awning to go out which is the other way to come back do not leave that awning out unless you’re sitting under it the wind gust of wind comes up it’ll chair those right off so you want to make sure that that awning is in if you’re not enjoying it sitting under it this does have small stabilizer jacks on the back but those jacks were just a little bit too light for this unit and we’re causing more problems than they were helping so we’ve disabled these jacks so you won’t use these buttons at all there is a little flip up for the counter here this just flips up to give you more counter space as you’re cooking our coaches are upgraded from front to back one of the things is we have a big stainless steel sink in the kitchen all you have to do is be hooked up to water I have the water pump on and you’ve got water with the stove in the oven the three burners on top I’ll have this igniter so you’re just going to turn this to on hit the igniter and your flame will start but for the oven you’re going to have to reach in to light that so what you do is you turn your knob to pilot while it’s on pilot you hold it in while you’re holding it in you reach down and light that pilot light it’s a tiny little pilot light and it takes a very long time you swear that it’s not working it’s not working and then all of a sudden the light and it doesn’t poof us it’s just a very small little flame let that burn for another thirty seconds or so then you can release the pilot and turn it on to the temperature that you want microwave is just like home when easy – way to tell if your electricity is working is if you have lights on your microwave when you start to generate or plug into electricity you’ll get some lights on your microwave and that’s an easy way to tell if the electricity is working in here on this side of the coach we have the dinette this is called the dream dinette it’s it’s an upgrade as well it’s mounted to the wall so you don’t have a leg in your way and these four cushions are all removable so there’s a handle right underneath you release this handle push down on the table it comes all the way down to these rails and these four cushions go across to make a bed when you’re done simply lift it back up latch the latch it’s a very easy bed to use in this cabinet you have your DVD player as well as your antenna booster so if you’re going to watch broadcast TV there’s a very small button or the various light right there and you’ll push that in for TV out for DVD or cable and then go onto TV and set the source you have to go into the menu tell your on cable or you’re on air and have it search for channels so that it knows what channels it has in that area and again we put all this information in your manual so as you get out there you’ll have a reference for that if you have questions in this cabinet we will have some matches or a lighter to help you light your stove a flyswatter we include a deck of our custom cards and now we have written a manual so this unit has a manual with it that covers everything in here any problem or any question you have is going to be in this manual for you while you’re out as we move to the back well have the refrigerator these are all automatic they will run on propane and then they’ll switch to electricity whenever you have electricity so if you start to generate or plug into electricity it’s automatically going to switch this model has a green light and an orange light this orange light on the bottom is for gas so when you’re running on gas you’ll have an orange light if you’re if this orange light flashes that’s the only thing you have to watch for when that orange light is flashing turn it off turn it back on and it’ll relight when you plug into electricity that orange lights going to go off and all you’ll have is that green light so just off and back on if you do see it flash that’s rare but we want you to know so that it’s not off for a long time this one does have a lot of storage and pantry in the kitchen area in the bathroom we’ve got the shower there’s a shower head that has an on and off on the shower head we include a bucket of cleaning supplies and a trash can with the toilet it has a pedal so you’re just going to press this pedal to flush hold it partway down to add water to the bowl all the way down to flush in the cabinet here we’re going to include your chemical and your toilet paper if you do need more paper than we have in here did the RV and marine paper you can get that at Walmart at campgrounds etc you just don’t want to use a real thick heavy paper like you would use at home because it clogs up and gets into a ball and won’t drain out the packets are just a little pouch so after you’re done dumping outside you come in put the pouch in the toilet flush it down that’ll keep it smelling fresher and help it biodegrade a little quicker

Class C RV Rental Additional Details

MILEAGE:

You receive 100 FREE miles with each rented night. If you use more than the 100 FREE miles per rented night, the additional miles will be charged at 39 cents per mile.
We charge only for the miles you use. We don’t make you purchase blocks of miles.

INSURANCE:

Check with your auto insurance agent to see if your personal policy will cover a motorhome rental. If your insurance does extend to cover your rental, have your agent email proof of that rental coverage, including deductibles, to rentals@bb-rv.com showing B&B RV, Inc. as the loss payee.
If your insurance does not extend to cover the rental, we can help you purchase insurance at the time you pick up your rental through the insurance company that insures our fleet for a nominal daily fee. Insurance options, rates and fees are subject to change.

PICK-UP and DROP-OFF TIMES:

We have the flexibility to schedule 1 rental pick-up every thirty minutes  Tuesday – Saturday from 9:00am – 3:30pm. You will select your pick-up time, based on availability, when you make your reservation. All rentals are due back on the return day between 8:30 -11:00am. If you are unable to return by 11:00am, we offer a Late Return Package for $100 that extends the return time to 4:00pm. This is based on availability and must be selected and paid for prior to your rental pickup. If you need to return later than 4pm, you will need to extend your rental by another day.

AFTER HOURS PICK-UP and DROP-OFF:

We understand that in some cases our regular hours might not work for your trip plans. Because of this, we are able to offer after hours pick up and drop off options. If you need to schedule this for your booking, please call or email our rental department directly to discuss this option.

RESERVATION DOWN PAYMENT:

We have a $500 reservation down payment. This will hold your reservation and will be credited toward your balance due. There is no refund of your down payment if you cancel your reservation. For any cancelation, your account will be credited the amount you have paid and will be valid toward a future reservation for up to 12 months following your cancelation.

DEPARTURE BALANCE:

The balance due for your rental will be charged to your credit card 30 days prior to your departure date.

CANCELATION POLICY:

There is no refund of your payment if you cancel your reservation. For any cancelation, your account will be credited the amount you have paid and will be valid toward a future reservation for up to 12 months following the cancelation.

DAMAGE AND CLEANING DEPOSIT:

There is a $1,000 damage deposit and a $250 cleaning deposit. These are placed on your credit card as an authorization only regardless of the package you have chosen. When you return the coach, if the damage or cleaning deposit is not needed, the authorization simply expires.

MINIMUM RENTAL LENGTH:

We have a three night minimum rental length year round. However, if we have a gap in our reservations that match your desired dates, we may allow a shorter rental.

NO SMOKING:

We have a no smoking policy. Smoking is not permitted in any of our coaches at any time. Any trace of smoking in the coach will result in the loss of your entire $1,250 deposit, or more, depending on the extent of the damage.

PETS:

We know that pets are part of the family and we have a select few units of each model designated as pet coaches. There is an additional one-time pet fee of $125 in those designated coaches. Any damage caused by a pet will be the responsibility of the renter. Any coaches returning with evidence of a pet, without having chosen a pet coach and paid the pet fee, will result in a minimum fee of $500, or more, as needed to repair any damage or clean up caused by the unauthorized pet.

WINTER RENTALS:

If you require water in your vehicle from first freeze to last freeze (dates will vary but typically from mid-October to mid-May), there is a fee of $189 to un-winterize and re-winterize the coach. There are certain destinations for which water will not be allowed.  Click here for more information on winter rentals.

BURNING MAN RENTALS:

We do allow “specific units” to go to Burning Man with special pricing and restrictions. Call B&B RV, Inc. at 303-322-6013 for details.
