31’ Class A RV Rental w 1 Slide 29A Video Tour
Welcome to B&B RV here in Denver Colorado we’re at 80101 East 40th Avenue our phone number is 303-322-6013 today we’re going to walk around the 29m class-a wind sport this is a rental unit for us we’re just going to walk around and show you the outside and then we’ll do the inside these are just access to hydraulics and such and then you’ve got some storage in here your water’s all here so you’re gonna bring your sewer hose through here you’re gonna hook up here go down through the hole and go into the drain in the ground and when you get ready to dump you want to dump your black tank first that’s your toilet let it drain out then close it and then drain out your grey tank which is your sinks and shower so that soapy water will rinse out your hose just a little bit there’s an optional santi flush there which is to spray out the inside of that black tank so if you decide that you’d like to rinse that out when you’re dumping this just do that while you still have the valve open and that’ll rinse out any water there and there should be a hose at the dump station to do that don’t use the water hose included you don’t want to use your water hose near any of the sanitary dump let me get all done with that you’re just gonna put your hose away and put this cap back on and close this back up a couple of connections here one is for cable TV you’ll have a cable in here so if you have cable at the campground you can use that then this is where you’re gonna plug in your electric cord this unit has two air conditioners which means to run both air conditioners you’ll use a 50 amp service at the campground now you can still use a 30 amp service will have an adapter plugged in you just won’t be able to use both air conditioners if you end up at a 30 amp outlet and so your your cord will come out of this compartment this end is what plugs right here into the RV and this end is plugging into the campground for 50 amp there will be an adapter to adapt that down to 30 amp if you do need to stay in a site with 30 amp and again that everything else will work just not both air conditioners at the same time fuel tank regular fuel nothing special with the fuel access to the generator but that all runs from inside on the back here we have a ladder but this is just for our purposes you could use it in an emergency only very slippery on the roof if it’s wet so be very careful of that this is just another access to the propane here another storage compartment in this particular one right now we’ve got the hose the cable and we include some gloves for you to use while you’re dumping that’s just a no access little panel there and then this one is another storage here by the door so on the other side where the dump is is where you can connect your hose to have pressurized water if you’re refilling your tank you’re gonna do that right here so to refill your onboard tank you fill this right here otherwise all your water is on that side except this filling the tank let’s go check out the inside right inside the door to your right as you come up the stairs you’ll see this main power with the red light not your house batteries and that must remain on at all times if you see that light off somebody’s click that off make sure you put that back on that should be on your entire trip step that’s a switch so that that step will either come in and out every time you open the door or it will stay out and only come in when you turn on the switch which is what I would recommend you also have a panel here that has a button on the top and bottom of each one these are all just electronic now so this is your step well light so a light right here getting in your main living room lights cargo lights which are your lights in all of your cargo or storage compartments on the outside your awning light which is a light under underneath the awning over the side this extend is for your awning so you can extend it or retract it so you just push the button to extend the awning out push a button to retract it back do not leave that awning out and leave the Motorhome if a gust of wind comes up it will tear it right off this is your light master so you can turn on all the lights are off all the lights so on master and off master and we’ll go check out the cockpit here up here in the driver’s seat the cockpit should be mostly familiar one thing that’ll be a little different is this has a leveling jacks so if you end up parking in a space that is not level and you want to level it out then you can use the jacks you just have the key on put the emergency brake on and then you’ll just turn this button on and when this lights up then you’re just going to hit the auto and it will automatically level for you and then when you’re done just turn that off turn the key off when you get ready to leave you sort of do it in Reverse you just turn this on and this on and then hit retract all jacks until it says this jacks like jacks down the light will be on make sure that goes off and you’ll all the jacks will be up then you’re ready to put it in gear and travel this has heated mirrors and remote mirrors to adjust your mirrors for you lights are here there’s an emergency start button here in this one if for some reason you killed the starting battery you could jump it to your house batteries and that would allow it to start from the house batteries next to never need it but it’s nice to know that it’s there there’s a shade up in front so this sunshade well come down and block your windshield off at night if you have the unit on and you’re driving that’s regulated so that can only come down a certain distance so that it can’t come down to block your vision while you’re driving you can start the generator from here there’s another button that you’ll see to start the generator so you can start it from either position then you have a fan up above for the driver and a fan for the passenger those initially were intended to be defroster fans but they actually worked very well for blowing air back on hot days you’ve got the radios all built in backup camera when you put it in Reverse that’s going to come on excuse me if you’re driving in the mountains or real hilly areas and all these RVs they’re gonna slow down as you’re going up the hill in about 40 to 45 miles an hour it’s going to shift down when it does shift down and just push this button here at the end and you’ll see the light come on on the dash that just says tow haul and just leave that on as you go up the hill and especially as you come back down that will typically be enough to keep you from having to brake but if you’re still going faster than you want to go going back down just tap your brakes twice and it’ll shift down for you so that you can keep from coming down the hill faster than you want and you’re trying to avoid to use your brakes coming down the hill you don’t want to have to brake the whole way down the hill you also just have some outlets up here for for charging 12 volt outlets etc and a little work station computer station for the passenger there and we’ll move on to the back or further back here will show you the bed over top has two little pins on the side that just pin in to hold this in place make sure that you take these pins out before we start dropping this bed down so there’s a pin on each side just make sure those are out this beds going to come down over top of these seats so typically you want to tip these once we slide this slide out you’re going to tip these seats back out of the way so that this can come down but both of these seats also swivel around to become part of the living area and I think before we show you more of the middle a part of this will go to the control panel to show you how to slide this slide out of the way so it’s easier to show you how to create these other beds so let’s move back to the control panel here so this model 29m now comes with the all electronic control panel this is your home screen which is right there at the top with the little home button your master for your lights for on and off with all of your lights is right here to turn them on all all on our all off this is all of your levels so now you see fresh that’s all your freshwater gray would be your gray tank which is your sinks and showers black tank is for your toilet an LP is your propane right now this is a new unit that just come in these are all zero when you come to check out the fresh water will be full and your propane will be full the other two tanks will be empty if you need to turn the water pump on you simply push the button if you want to turn your water heater on we have water heater for gas which would be heated by propane water heater electric so if you have electricity use electric if you don’t then you can use the gas we turn it push it once to on and once two off tank heat our heaters for your holding tanks so that’s wintertime usage when it’s below freezing to try to keep those tanks from from freezing and you’ll need to be plugging electricity to utilize that because it will run down your batteries all too quickly we just have temperature in here it says what the front and the rear temperature is and the generator you can start or stop here as well as another location but you’re just going to hold down this start button until that generator starts and then when you go to close it you’re just gonna hit stop this second button is just a lot of the electrical components in here with monitoring that you won’t need to use just shows all of the voltage in etc this third one the light there you can turn on and off all the different lights your cargo light is your outside storage your step well by the entry your front which is your main lights up here in the front your bathroom light your bedroom light your vanity light and your awning light so you’ll see some of these are on right now just press it to turn it on press it to turn it off I’ll show you there are a few lights in here that runs separate from this system that just have little push buttons they’re the ones underneath the cabinetry this is where you’re going to turn your air-conditioner or your furnace on now this has two air conditioners y-you see cool so you got zone one which is up here in the front zone 2 which is the bedroom so you have one furnace to heat the entire unit but you have an air conditioner for a front and air conditioner for back so you just push that to turn it to on or to off or to furnace or to cool and just set the temperature to what you want this one is for your slides so the slide says confirm that your level or you that you have your jacks down and you’re ready for operation say confirm so you’ll see on this one there’s an extension in a retract for the slide and an extension in retract for the awning you also have the up-and-down for the bed which is the bunk over the cab so if you hit down that over the cab beds just gonna automatically come down get up and that will raise it back up to the ceiling same thing is true for the slide-out room he had extend almost slide and out you’re just gonna hold this down until he gets all the way out you want to have that slide either all the way in all the way out halfway in between and it doesn’t seal as well just hold this down till we get it all the way out so we can show you how nice and large this unit is this has a full wall slide so on the driver’s side of the unit nearly that entire wall is sliding out right now it’s all the way out just let go if you want to extend your awning again you have the button by the door but you can also extend it or retract it right here don’t leave that awning out if you’re not at the RV this one is all of your settings which you typically aren’t going to need on here it’s all set for you at Fahrenheit etc and then you can just get back to the home button – to run the control of a full bathroom here in the 29m as well the toilet just has a pedal to press to flush the shower hasn’t on-and-off up on the handle and then you have a panel in here as well so you have your bathroom ceiling lights so to turn the lights on in the bathroom or you can turn the lights on in the living room from in here as well and turn on your fan and if you’re in here and the water pump is off you can turn the water pump in here so that you can use the shower or toilet or sink and that everything else is just if you’re gonna use onboard water you want the water pump if you hooked up at a campground then you won’t need that let’s move on to the bedroom model 29m we have for sleeping surfaces we got the bed that’ll come down by just pressing it on the panel like we showed the sofa that’s gonna fold to a bed the dinette that’s gonna fold to a bed and the large bed back in the bedroom that we do upgrade the mattresses on so with this one we’re just going to pull these two cushions off then what you’ll do is you’ll raise this up and it flips open and there’s legs underneath here so they just fold these legs down fold that down and then fold this down over the middle you can put the two large cushions back if you want those against the wall just reverse it in the morning you’re gonna lift this back up you’ll lift this up it bends in the middle here fold the legs in put the sofa down put your cushions back on and you’re ready for another day the dinette we upgraded what’s called the dream dinette so if you have no leg in the way underneath and it slides up and down on the wall on a hydraulic arm which makes it a lot smoother so you’re just going to take this lock release it and then it’s going to come all the way down to sit on these you’re just gonna push this down and use all four cushions for a bed in the morning you’re just gonna lift it up and then you’re gonna latch it back and you’re ready for a day you’ve got the TV up on the wall you’re gonna have a DVD player up here for that you’ll have remotes in here for all of that in the kitchen the microwave is gonna be just like you have at home the stove is a propane stove so you just flip this up out of the way and you have the three burners so what you do with that is you’re gonna just turn this to light and then just turn this spark and your burners will light if you’re going to use the oven however it doesn’t light with the sparker so you’re gonna have to turn it over to pilot while you have it on pilot hold it in while you’re holding it in you’re gonna reach back about 3/4 of the way there’s a little finger in there that’s a thermocouple and you’re gonna hold this and light it with the lighter or a match it takes quite long time for these two lights so don’t be concerned that it’s not working or that it’s gonna poof and get you does a very small flame for the pilot light once that is lit you hold it another 30 seconds or so and then you can just turn it up to the temperature that you want to cook at just turn and simply turn that back to off to turn it off and that’s as simple as that in the kitchen the refrigerator is just runs on gas or electric and it has a mode button it’ll have an on button so you’re just gonna leave that on and when you switch when you’re driving it’s going to run on propane because all your propane is built in underneath the unit when you’re at a campsite are you pull when you plug into electricity or start the generator then this is gonna switch to electric automatically for you bedroom we have another TV again I mentioned there’s lights these lights that are underneath of any of the cabinetry are just a push button light and in this 29m model these have a king bed so you have a nice large king bed again in the back there’s going to be a couple of outlets we’ve included a 12-volt outlet back here and with that you can get these small inverter and run one of your machines at night so if you need to have a sleep machine to run air that will run off of the inverter and we can help if you have questions with that let us know and that makes it very nice you don’t have to have electricity you don’t have to have two generator on or be plugged in the campground to use that one last thing on this is if you were in the back and for some reason you can’t get out the front this is an emergency exit this will lift up and swing open so that you can’t escape this is the 29m wind sport a B&B RV and we hope you have a great vacation.

31’ Class A RV Rental w 1 Slide 27A Video Tour
Welcome to B&B RV. We’re in Denver Colorado at 80101 East 40th Avenue. Phone number Is 303-322-6013 today we’re going to walk around in our Vegas it’s a class a style Motorhome we’ll go around the outside here to show you everything and then we’ll move on at the inside and do that so we have a storage compartment this is why your propane is located another storage generator that all operates from inside so you don’t have to do anything with the generator out here this is where your electric cord is gonna plug in when you’re gonna plug into a campground this is where you’re gonna plug into cable if you go to a campground and want to hook up to cable in here we have your cable your cord for your electric so this end is going to connect to the motorhome and then this end will plug in at the campground and with this one if they ask you what you need is a 30 amp service and that’ll plug directly into the campground and there’s more storage in there obviously regular fuel you don’t need any special grade of fuel on this one you’ve got two places for water if you’re gonna hook up your hose and leave it hooked up for pressurized water you hook it up here if you’re gonna refill your onboard tank that’s what this spots for refilling the onboard water this is a little handheld shower so if you have muddy feet or sandy feet or something you need to take care of that you can you can do that so what we’ll do is there’s a little white key that opens these up I’ll show you what this is for the for the drain so when you’re gonna go dump your black tank or your gray tank you’re going to open this up bring your sewer hose back here your sewer hose comes underneath and connects right here to the drain and then your sewer hose goes down into the drain in the and this has two valves so this is your black tank and this is your gray tank they’re black and gray colored dump your black tank first that’s your toilet when that’s all finished if you want to rinse that out there’s a sandy flush here where you can hook your hose to it and it’ll spray water into the side of that black tank once you’re all done with that then you close the valve for the black tank open the valve for the grey tank that’s soapy water from your sinks and shower and it’ll kind of rinse out that hose for you when you’re all done with that close that valve take the dump hose off take it out of the drain and put the dump hose back into the compartment there and then just lock that make sure that locks tight because that’s the only latch on that compartment we put a ladder on them just for our use we get up and check the roof every time it comes and goes but that’s not a patio not some place you want to get up there unless it’s an emergency it’s very slippery if it’s wet we’ve got a couple of more places on the side here that are storage this one is just in no access area for customers just a little thin area and then you’ve got another storage up here this is a handy one beside the door right now we’ve got your camping supplies that we provide with it so there are blocks in here there’s a set of wooden blocks and these blocks are used for leveling so there’s two of these in here so you’re gonna put these either in front of her behind your wheel if you’re parked in a place that’s unlevel and you need to level you need to get level for the refrigerator so there’s two of these you can pull it up so if the backs low you’ll put it into the back if the driver’s side low you put it under that side whichever side is low just to get level and there’s a level inside the cab which will show you so that you know that you get level the reason you have to do that is that the refrigerator has to circulate fluid just like every refrigerator and so you need to be reasonably level for that this is just a little more storage up front real handy for muddy shoes or something as you’re getting in so let’s go check the inside of this unit out right inside the door you’ve got the main power with the red light you want to just make sure that is on leave that on at all times this is just electrical information this is your awning to extend your awning and to retract your awning you just got to push that button you don’t want to leave that awning out if you’re not here at the RV or if the wind’s blowing because the wind will tear that off this is your main switch for all lights lights on lights off at your main light switch and then on this one there’s individual switches your step well here has a light to help you get in living room all your cargo which is your storage compartments on the outside this is your kitchen fan your kitchen lights and your awning lights there’s a strip light underneath your awning on the outside so those will all turn lights on and off and we’ll see inside we have another control panel to control lights etc inside as well let’s go on up to the front up in front the cockpit for you should be pretty familiar it’s a basic forward layout as far as the instrument panel and you have your lights and visitest your overhead light this is for your mirrors so you have a heated mirror with remote control so you can make sure that your mirrors are set for you when you go to take off windshield wipers etc and you gearshift one thing about these is as you’re going if you end up in mountainous areas or hilly areas if it slows down at about 40 to 45 miles an hour it’ll shift down when it shifts down just go ahead and push this button here and you’ll have a toe light a toe hall light that comes on on the dash just leave that on going up the hill and it’ll keep it from shifting up and down and then leave it on especially going down the hill because it’ll keep you from having to use a break and if you’re still going a little faster than you want downhill if you press that brake pedal twice it’s going to shift down for you so that you can let that transmission control your speed downhill and you don’t have to break all the way down you’re going to have a radio backup cameras built-in there’s a level here for you so that you can make sure you level enough for the fridge we talked about using the blocks out there to get level and then on this particular one you have a shade up up a top here and you can push this button to drop the shade down at night you’ll have curtains on the side this is regulated so that if you key is on in your driving that can’t come down to block your view and then just push it back up in the morning this has a generator start here and on your other control panel but you can start your generator here from the from the driver’s seat and then this is just an emergency start so what that is is you have one house or I’m sorry one starting battery for your engine and we’ve upgraded it to two house batteries but if somehow you end up killing that starting battery you can hit this emergency start button it will connect it to the house batteries so that you can start the unit it was just a cab light for up here in front overhead and then you’ve got some outlets up here to run to plug in to charge phones etc and then you have a workstation over there for the passenger up above we have a bed electric bed that we can drop down it comes down over top of the cab area so you typically want to recline these out of the way when you bring that bed down these chairs will swivel around to be a part of the living room and there is another table that can go in the floor here for a small table to to use up here and we also have the dining table that we upgrade to so this is called a dream dinette whoops lost my speaker this is a dream dinette so this has no leg underneath it just has a lever under here so what you’ll do is release this lever push down the table and it’s gonna go sit right on this lip on both sides and then these four cushions make the bed and then in the morning when you’re ready you’re just gonna lift this back up and latch that shut and now before we we can fold this sofa out to a bed but we’re gonna slide this slide outs that we have room to do that so we’re gonna go back here and check out the control panel to get this slide this whole room right here is going to slide as well as our bedroom is going to slide out will see that here from the control panel this is the control panel to control everything from the – the lights etc in here so if you see the top here awning if you press the awning then press awning here you have retract to bring it back in extend to push it out so this is where you would put the awning in and out once again don’t leave that out if you’re not here then you can push this back arrow to go back to the home screen your bed lift now bed is up over the cab now there’s two pins in the side of that bed those pins have to be pulled out first make sure that those pins are out and you can click bed lift here and you can lower that bed or raise that bed just hit the button to lower it all the way down hit the button again to raise it back up once again hit the arrow to get back home here’s a fan you’ve got a bath fan or a front fan that you can turn on front or you can press generator here and then you just press Start and it’ll tell you that it’s priming or starting here and then just hit stop to turn it off again there go back to the main screen your HVAC so your heating and cooling is here so you’ve got just one zone here if you got one air conditioner one furnace you can turn this on to auto you can set your your climate to whatever temperature you’d like you can come back here to the lighting awning bathroom light bedroom light your compartment light switch is your outside storage your front ceiling light your under kitchen cabinet lights and your step light are all controlled here and down here at the entry door most of those switches are there as well as your main on and off for all of the lights your monitor panel this will tell you your black tank is empty your fresh tank is empty the grey tank is empty and the propane tank in this particular model has about eleven percent right now this is a newer model so as you yours up the propane will be full the fresh tank water will be full if you want to use your onboard water that’s your water pump you can see it’s off then it’s on or it’s off tank heaters those are your waste water heaters for using it in the winter so if you want to keep it from freezing you turn those heaters on but you do need to be plugged in at a campground or have your generator on as that will run down your batteries fairly rapidly so what you’re monitoring and your water pump is here come back slides are here so in this one we have two slides we’ve got the front living slide and we have the bedroom slide so you just press slide one you can say in or out so we want to slide that out you want to make sure your driver’s seat is out of the way just hold this button down until it gets all the way out once it’s all the way out it’s sealed it’s not completely sealed if it sits all the way in or all the way out they go of that for your bedroom slide press slide to press out just hold that down until your slide is all the way out this allows us to have all the features of a larger coach in a smaller size coach by sliding that bed in and out gives us full-sized bed in the back or a queen bed actually in the back put a full bedroom and then on this one there are stabilizers to stabilize that these are not leveling jacks they just stabilize the left or the right that goes back to your main control panel the fridge right here beside the control panel and this one just has an on and and off and then if you have this button pressed in which we recommend just leaving that in it’ll show that it’s on auto if this check light comes on somehow this unit went out the flame went out turn it off turn it back on and it will automatically relight if after 30 to 60 seconds it can’t relight this check light will come back on and try that again so if you leave this Auto light on that lies beyond the only thing that you’ll have to check for is if this check light is on but this will automatically switch to electricity whenever you’re plugged in or have your generator on otherwise it’s gonna just run off your propane we have a kitchen in here this one has a microwave gonna be just like a microwave at home and then you’ve got a gas burner on this one and just turn this on and light that and then we have an electric version as well and on that one you set the heat it has a timer but we’d recommend you know know what’s going on with this don’t walk away from it so you’ve got the power and then this is plus and minus to set the heat temperature etc so you have the two separate types of burners here a faucet large sink and in the bathroom it’s a fairly large bathroom for this size of a coach you have two faucet underneath you’re going to have your toilet paper and chemical with the toilet you just push the pedal to flush partway down will add water all the way down will flush we’re gonna have a bucket with cleaning supplies in a trash can in here for you shower curtain and then you’ll have an on and off on the top of your showerhead so that you can just save water you can get soaked up and turn it off and in here you have another switch for your light and your fan you know this one you just have your fan up here you can open this up for your exhaust fan here you’ve got the bed so you have a bit of a seating area if you will when this is up but then you push this down and there we have the ladder which is to get to the bed up over the cab and you’ve got your full queen bed back here you’ve got USB ports etc you have push button lights underneath for reading lights in bed and again we have another television back here in the back we flipped this up out of the way before we slide the slide back in and then on this one we have another control panel for some lighting so you’ve got your bedroom your living room you can start the generator from here stop the generator from here and your master for all lights on and off this one does have an exit out the back so if something happens and you can’t get out the front and an emergency you just flip this handle flip the window and escape out the back so this is our Vegas very popular model B&B RV we hope you enjoy your vacation.

Additional Details

MILEAGE:

You receive 100 FREE miles with each rented night. If you use more than the 100 FREE miles per rented night, the additional miles will be charged at 39 cents per mile.
We charge only for the miles you use. We don’t make you purchase blocks of miles.

INSURANCE:

Check with your auto insurance agent to see if your personal policy will cover a motorhome rental. If your insurance does extend to cover your rental, have your agent email proof of that rental coverage, including deductibles, to rentals@bb-rv.com showing B&B RV, Inc. as the loss payee.
If your insurance does not extend to cover the rental, we can help you purchase insurance at the time you pick up your rental through the insurance company that insures our fleet for a nominal daily fee. Insurance options, rates and fees are subject to change.

PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF TIMES:

We have the flexibility to schedule 1 rental pick-up every fifteen minutes – M-F 9:00 – 3:30pm, Sat 9:00 – 2:00pm. You will select your pick-up time, based on availability, when you make your reservation. All rentals are due back on the return day between 8:30 -11:00am. If you are unable to return by 11:00am, we offer a Late Return Package for $100 that extends the return time to 2:00pm. This is based on availability and must be selected and paid for prior to your rental pickup. If you need to return later than 2pm, you will need to extend your rental by another day.

RESERVATION DOWN PAYMENT:

We have a $500 reservation down payment. This will hold your reservation and will be credited toward your balance due. There is no refund of your down payment if you cancel your reservation. For any cancellation, your account will be credited the amount you have paid and will be valid toward a future reservation for up to 12 months following your cancellation.

DEPARTURE BALANCE:

The balance due for your rental will be charged to your credit card 30 days prior to your departure date.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

There is no refund of your payment if you cancel your reservation. For any cancellation, your account will be credited the amount you have paid and will be valid toward a future reservation for up to 12 months following the cancellation.

DAMAGE AND CLEANING DEPOSIT:

There is a $1,000 damage deposit and a $250 cleaning deposit. These are placed on your credit card as an authorization only regardless of the package you have chosen. When you return the coach, if the damage or cleaning deposit is not needed, the authorization simply expires.

MINIMUM RENTAL LENGTH:

We have a three night minimum rental length year round. However, if we have a gap in our reservations that match your desired dates, we may allow a shorter rental.

NO SMOKING:

We have a no smoking policy. Smoking is not permitted in any of our coaches at any time. Any trace of smoking in the coach will result in the loss of your entire $1,250 deposit, or more, depending on the extent of the damage.

PETS:

We know that pets are part of the family and we have a select few units of each model designated as pet coaches. There is an additional one-time pet fee of $125 in those designated coaches. Any damage caused by a pet will be the responsibility of the renter. Any coaches returning with evidence of a pet, without having chosen a pet coach and paid the pet fee, will result in a minimum fee of $500, or more, as needed to repair any damage or clean up caused by the unauthorized pet.

If you have any further questions about our Class A RV rental units, see our RV Rental FAQ page.

Winter Rentals

If you require water in your vehicle from first freeze to last freeze (dates will vary but typically from mid October to mid May), there is a fee of $245 to unwinterize and rewinterize the coach. There are certain destinations for which water will not be allowed for winter rentals.  Contact us with any questions or for more information.

Burning Man Rentals

The Class A RV rental units are not allowed to travel to Burning Man.
For Burning Man Rentals, please contact us or see our Class C RV Rental Section.
