Save time at the end of your vacation with this popular package option. We’ll clean the inside and outside of the RV, dump the waste holding tanks and fill the propane for you upon your return. All you need to do is fill up the fuel tank.

3. Reserve & pay
Deposits
Down Payment $500
We require a non-refundable reservation down payment. This will hold your reservation and will be credited toward your total rental balance. The remainder of the balance is due 30 days prior to the rental pickup date. If you reserve the RV within 30 days of the pickup, the total is due at time of reservation.
Security Deposit $1500
We have a $1,500 security deposit that is placed on a credit card as a temporary hold the evening before you pick-up the rental. If you return and there are no additional charges due or damage fees, the hold will be released.

Base pricing is calculated with the following required fees:

Insurance
You can check with your auto insurance carrier to see if your current auto policy will extend to cover you in a rental RV. We require proof of coverage prior to the rental pick-up.
RV Rental Insurance Starting at $29.95/ day
If your insurance does not extend to cover the rental, you will have to purchase insurance through our insurance carrier. Rates vary depending on specific vehicle and insurance level selected.
RV Rental Requirements
We require 48 hours’ notice for booking a reservation. To make a reservation within the 48-hour window, please call the office to speak with a rental agent. Additional fees may apply.
We have a 3 night minimum on all rentals. Contact us to discuss all other needs.
All drivers must be a minimum of 25 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
Traveling in the winter?
Winter Service Fee Mid Oct – Mid May $189
If you wish to have running water back in the system, and plan to take the RV to a warmer destination, there is an additional fee.
4. Pick-up & start your adventure!
Fill Out Paperwork
All of the rental paperwork is completed electronically prior to the rental pickup. You will receive a reservation confirmation email when you book the rental. Then, multiple emails will follow with reminders and additional instructions.
Come to Dealership
We are located about 3 blocks from the A-Line Light-Rail train at the Central Park stop. Many of our customers choose Uber, Lyft or a taxi service as we are located only about 20 minutes from DIA.
You can leave one personal vehicle in our gated lot during your trip. Please let us know if you plan to leave your personal vehicle.
Pick-Up
Rental pick-ups are scheduled every 30 minutes during normal business hours. After-hours options are also available.
If your pick-up is scheduled during business hours, you will have a B&B RV, Inc rental team member walk around the vehicle with you. If you are scheduled for an after-hours pick-up, you’ll be given instructions to do your own check-out.
Returning your RV rental
Rental returns are due back no later than 11am on the return day. We offer a late return option for an additional $100 and extends the return time to 4pm. This option is based on availability and must be selected prior to the rental pickup.
